We are Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) and our mission is to inspire and support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, challenging personal growth and development through a continuum of innovative employment opportunities. This commitment keeps us moving in many directions and requires a talented and varied team.

Under our organizational program, we employ and support approximately 250 individuals at BCI Packaging, a for-purpose contract packager of consumer-ready goods. Our competitive program empowers people with disabilities to find and keep jobs in our local community working alongside non-disabled individuals while earning the same opportunities, benefits and pay. Finally, the BCI Skills Center creates vocational training programs in partnership with local businesses that result in direct, competitive jobs for students after graduation.
